"Our family loved everything about this house except that we made arrangements ahead of time for a heated pool and it was cold as ice. We tried and tried and tried to get someone out to check on why the pool wasn’t warm, but they were extremely slow to answer us and when they finally did, we were told that the “app” said the pool was warm and so it must be warm. This was EXTREMELY frustrating every single day of our trip. We paid a lot of money so we would have a nice home with a heated pool...

"I loved the place! Only problem was that this place advertises a community pool and it does have one. But i had to pay 80$ after the expedia transaction to be able to use it. The front desk at the clubhouse were helpful but didn't know i paid ahead and that caused some delay. Overall it was a great experience!"
