Didn’t even try to fix the problem. So rude! "

Great pool with a bar and grill right in the pool area (swim-up) with reasonable prices (i.e., they did not gouge their captive audience). "All I can say is the manager Carolina is phenomenal. I was here on my honeymoon and me and my husband had an amazing time, she took amazing care of us, and really made everything so special. The beaches, the jet skiing, the food, was all so amazing. If you want to splurge definitely do Marmalade in old San Juan and ski dining. Everything is so close and convenient to the hotel."

"You get what you pay for. Once you get comfortable, it’s a great location. You can walk to beach, grocery store and many restaurants. Ubers are inexpensive and get you everywhere else you want to go. There hot water is luke warm at best. We will return."
