"Very cozy apartment. Excellent location. Had to pay extra for check in after 10pm and was asked to call upon arrival but it went straight to voicemail. Luckily the concierge staff was so nice to let us in and help us call the responsible person to pass us the key. The communication via Expedia is not very user friendly. Hope that can be improved. "

Sandra at the front desk was the sweetest and made check in a breeze, even allowing us to check in early. The room was clean, however there was a burn mark on the kitchen floor and it appeared as it was not vacuumed. Otherwise the room was wonderful, we would definitely stay here again! "

The trip was fine, but a little unsettling if I needed something. The hotel felt lifeless. Also the Continental breakfast was just a cabinet full of snacks and no coffee or drinks. I skipped it. "

"It was a little odd to book and check-in with a hotel that had no front desk and no staff on-site. Was a little worried at first with all the info and copies of documents needed to be sent online ahead of arrival, but realized it was all the usual documents you would show in person, if there was in-person check-in. Suite was amazing and a great value!"
