"They neglected to tell me that they had a flood over the previous weekend and had large fans and humidifiers running on my floor 24 hours per day outside my room "

"Unfortunately dining rooms were closed for the evening of our stay. Parking was a bit high at $55/night"

"It was a fantastic check-in process, thanks to the warm and helpful gentleman at the front desk. The room is spacious, clean, and has great amenities in the kitchen. The bathroom is ideal with double sinks and a nice shower."

"Very friendly and professional staff. Clean and well maintained. My room’s coffee machine did not work , so the on-site manager came within 5 minutes and relocated to another room, a great one. A bit expensive since only valet parking is available but I will say the money is well spent. Five star overall."
