"Amazing doesn’t even get you half way! This is an incredible hidden gem in Guilin. Nestled in the middle of the botanical gardens, this hotel is perfect! 10 stars! The staff is warm and welcoming and incredibly friendly and helpful, even for the non-Chinese speaking guests. The staff went above and beyond at every turn. "A notre arrivée, la 1è impression de lobby et son alentour ne correspondent pas par rapport à leur site internet. Heureusement que le service de l’accueil était plus que cordial et rassurant car l'hôte nous faisait le tour de nos chambres avant que nous prenions décision de rester chez eux. Il n’y a donc pas un sentiment d’arnaque de telle sorte que nous étions finalement très satisfaits de la propreté de nos 2 chambres. "
