"We really enjoyed our quick stay at The Orchid Retreat in Agra, India! I was surprised how close we were staying to the Taj Mahal, as we were able to walk there to get in line & buy tickets in advance online. "We really enjoyed our stay at Doubletree By Hilton. The staff were excellent. The spa was fabulous. We got a facial and hair spa and it was fantastic. Special shoutout to Sourav. He made our stay absolutely worth it. He ensured our needs were taken care of and made us feel valuable guests of the hotel. I absolutely recommend this hotel."

"This Hotel has been CLOSED since 2021. Yet last week I was able to reserve a room and pay for it on Expedia. Also when we got to Agra we had to find a new hotel at the last minute because it is closed. Where did my money go?"

"Absolutely magical! I stayed here for 2 nights and only wish I could have stayed longer as hotel was amazing! From the entrance to the rooms everything was spotless and meticulously clean which I enjoyed. All of the staff were very helpful with any need that I had and room service was great. I will only stay here if/when I do return to Agra as it was wonderful! Highly recommend!"

"Fantastisk billigt og helt iorden hotel tæt på Taj mahal. Stort rent værelse, dejlig restaurant på stor balkon ud mod gaden. Lækkert mad. Rigtig god hjælp og serviceydelser fra folk på hotellet. Rigtig god kvalitet for hotel i den prisklasse. "

Banheiro usado com marcas, no banheiro tinha uns baldes para banho, estava todo sujo, jogo de cama sujo, ar condicionado nao funcionava… cheguei estava todo mundo dormindo no sofa da recepção… a noite toda houve uma gritaria no corredor… nao me senti seguro, alguns momentos fiquei com medo"

"A BASIC hotel next to Burger King, a short walk to the Taj Mahal. The hotel was on a noisy busy road, the window frames were rotting which made the room cold. The staff told us that a heater was not included in the price but we could borrow one for 400 rupees. Breakfast was ok but they said it wasn’t included in our booking, but they checked again after we showed them our booking. Lastly at check out they asked us to wait while they sent someone to check our room which was unusual. "

"Hotel is in need of some TLC. Reception area and attached restaurant are immaculate. Staff service was outstanding. Room was run down, shower head kept falling off, fridge didn't work, windows were draughty and bed sheets and towels, although clean, were discoloured."
