"Il posto è bellissimo, immerso nella natura e vicino al mare. Il cibo è molto buono. Io ho ricevuto un trattamento davvero speciale: anche se avevo prenotato un letto in dormitorio mi hanno dato un bungalow perché soffro molto quando c' è l'aria condizionata. L'ho apprezzato davvero tanto. "

"Nice views from the pool area! Rooms are bungalows so a bit rustic but ok. No hooks or space at all in the bathroom and also the smell coming from the bathroom was really nasty. Cleaners always forgot something, towels, toilet paper and the even to clean one of the days. Reception closes at 6pm so very early. But location is perfect and also the pool area so would maybe book again! You need motorbike thouhg.. Staff amazing also!"

"We had a pleasant stay here and the weather was good to us. The location is lovely right on the beach. The sea slightly too warm for me and the was reflected in algae in the water in some places but this is a shallow reef so to be expected. There is no staff on hand at night which shouldn’t be a problem but we did have issues with a bunch of people partying until 3:30 am with no one to police it. "my daughter stayed here for 1 night with a friend. She absolutely loved Baan Kiao. The staff was friendly and made them feel like family. Staff were readily available and did their best to ensure they had a pleasant stay. Tom and Ron were the best! definitely will be back "

"This is my favorite hotel in Koh Phangan! The staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions you have about the island. The atmosphere is very cool & chilled plus There is a private beach right at the hotel. Also the food is absolutely delicious & and a great spot to do a little work in the morning. "Un lieu un peu hors du commun, splenide vue panoramique sue la baie, bungalow-chamvre spacieuse, bien que simple, disposait d'un petit frigoe, ce qui est assez pratique. Personel en co-working pas toujours dans le jus, les erreurs dans les tarifs mais viet pardonées de ma part. Les plats supers, ( sauf le pancake, qui a été bizarre) Je suis venue pour le yoga et la tranquilité, pas évidenat de se lever avant 8h car la musique de Vagga bar se fait entendre trop fort audessus de la baie... "Très déçus de cet hôtel !!! Nous avions prévu d'y passer 3 nuits nous sommes finalement partis au bout d'une nuit. Le bungalow était sale, il y avait des fourmis partout et des lézards à l'intérieur. Les rideaux étaient tâchés de fientes d'oiseaux, la salle de bain mal odorante et sale. L'équipement exposé dans la description n'y était pas, pas de télé, pas de wifi... Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre étant donné que l'hôtel était complètement vide l'accueil n'a pas été commercant du tout,...

"Initial impression not good in need of some maintenance. Room appeared to be clean, but house keeping only cleans the obvious don't look under the bed. Large room comfortable firm bed. Balcony nice once floor had been cleaned. AC worked well, shower but no shower stall, plenty of hot water. It served it's purpose. Should I return I would look for other venue. Fair price."
