"The property was well kept and staff was very helpful and friendly. The air conditioner didn't work for a potion of the day for my entire stay. It would start working around 10pm and stop cooling the room around 8am. The thermostat was working fine, so I'm not sure what was going on. The wifi went out for a day and a half. They eventually fixed it, so that was cool. Over all, good time. It was very close to shopping, which was a plus "

"Very nice start. Everything was in great condition and Tedi was the nicest. The only thing I would point out is the shower curtains desperately need to be washed and disinfected. Other than that it was a nice time."

"Clean place where my privacy is hugely respected which is most invaluable to me. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The shower’s water pressure is a disgrace but you get what you pay for and it’s a fair trade for my solitude. I could do without all the dogs and the dog smell that is when the air conditioner kicks on. Overall a good spot for the price. "

"The Sonder Heid was very convenient to downtown Philadelphia within walking distance to Reading Market. The place itself was quiet and remodeled beautifully with all the convenience of home. There is a full kitchen laundry room, living room bath and bedroom. The Loft on the 9th floor provides a spacious room a gym and spectacular view of Philadelphia.. Although the bathroom sink drain was very slow to drain and the blinds in the living room would not completely close and a slow elevator lol ,...

"This property is exceptionally nice especially for the price. No hassle reservations or communication in anyway. My one complaint is the lack of a parking lot. You will have to find street parking or pay for a garage and walk a couple blocks.. "

"We booked this property to have more space and a kitchen. It suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen had only the very basic elements-2 pots. 2 pans, no cookie sheet or anything oven related and absolutely zero cooking utensils. I requested that some be sent and no one ever got back. The neighborhood is lively and LOUD! Parties on the roof deck until late and the train runs from 5:3AM to 12:00 midnight. You can hear every train-especially in the back facing units. "Excellent place to stay with everything one needs for a long or a short stay. Super fast WiFi and a new smart TV were most welcome. The place was very clean and was most comfortable. We found some great eating spots just a five minutes walk (try Race St Cafe or Khyber Pass) and parking was just two blocks away and we felt at $30:00 a day a fair value. "
