"3성호텔이지만 규모가 크고 4인실방을 3명만 써서인지 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 욕실도 크고 아주 만족스럽게 3박을 했지만 위치가 떨어져있고 주변에 식사할곳이 거의 없었습니다. 호텔앞에 샌드위치가게가 있고 커피가 맛있어요 "

"とにかく便利な立地で、駅を出たらすぐ前にホテルの入っている立派な高層ビルがありました。羽田空港行きのバス停も徒歩2〜3分のところにあります。周辺にはレストランやカフェも豊富です。スタッフも皆さんとても親切で、過不足のない行き届いたサービスに居心地の良さを感じました。お掃除不要のシートをドアに貼っておくと、新しいタオルセットとお水の入った袋をかけておいてくださったことにも好感を持ちました。次回上京する際にも是非予約させていただこうと思います。"

"The hotel service was unfriendly. They dont allow early check in, even when the rooms are ready. They only accept check in time at 3pm, so at that time everyone that has been waiting at the lobby,, all have to queue again to get the key. Which is very unefficient. And i have request for a late check out, an extention of only 1 hour from check out time which is 12pm because my son was not feeling well and want to rest before our bus to the airport at 13pm. Even that, they dont allow. So...

"Fantastic location with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The hotel rooms were on the smaller side, but they made up for it with thoughtful amenities and an amazing massage chair. I would definitely recommend staying here. "

"As I booked a room for a single person, it was slightly small. On the positive side, the room was clean. The staff does a good job at keeping it so whenever we request for room cleaning. The location of Remm Akihabara is unbeatable. It is located right next to Akihabara Station and is perfect for anyone shopping in the area."
