"Absolutely fantastic experience. Our balcony room was incredible with the most wonderful view over St Helier. The spa was absolutely brilliant with 4 pools, steam room and sauna all available to hotel guests, and the breakfast was delicious, albeit not an open buffet on weekdays and a limited hot buffet selection at weekends. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall made the experience fantastic. We shall most certainly return."

"The general overview is that the property is conveniently located. Close to bus routes and high street. There is a spa and night club as well as a restaurant. "Great customer service and a lovely convenient location. Overall the hotel is a lovely environment. However, the bathroom had a very old green suite with a rusty plug hole and a not very nice white shower curtain. The bed seemed very small and the quilt cover was not adequate in size, for two people. There were no water bottles to use to boil water for making tea, so the only water to make tea with, was the bathroom water!!! Thank you for your great customer service, much appreciated "

"Great hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful throughout. Room good size, large comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and bath. Ample toiletries supplied. Hospitality tray, which was replenished daily. Very good breakfast, with wide choice. Free parking on site. Good wi-fi. "Lovely stay at the Royal Hotel. Staff were very friendly, room was fine, beds not the most comfortable, maybe a little too warm. Location a short walk from center of town. Breakfast selection was very good, as it was out of season it was not a buffet, but cooked to order. Free car parking is a big positive. Overall a good stay! "

"This was a beautiful property.We stayed in a 3 bedroom cottage very spacious, beautiful decor and had outside space in the form of small garden with table and chairs.The only small detail that the property could perhaps consider would be considering a raised toilet seat for disabled guests.The toilets were very low and difficult to get up from if any mobility issues or older guests.The toilet down stairs had lots of space for wheelchair users but the toilet was still very low.Other than this...
