"Good size of the room, good bathroom but cleaning service could be better. There were hairs and stains on the bedsheets and the mattresses were very thin. Except for when you have luggage with you, I would recommend walking to nippori station as it is pretty close and the joban line train going out towards mikawashima station (the closest station) gets crowded in the evening, and the train going into central Tokyo is crowded in the morning. "We stayed in a 2-bed room for 10 nights. You should expect the bathroom to be small, but it has everything we needed. The hotel has a common area kitchen, which we didn't use much, but also the room itself had a little fridge and a table. There is a laundromat literally across the street if you need to do laundry. The staff was SO nice the entire time!!! We really enjoyed our stay here while in Japan!"

"1 station away from Shinjuku station . But its also within walking distance to Shinjuku. Plenty of eateries around the hotel. We had a room with Mount Fuji View. For family , it is very convenient with small kitchenette and washing machine. Will definitely stay here again in future."

"Our stay in Galois was brief but memorable. It was a good place to rest after traveling all over Japan and well within walking distance of main city Shinjuku. Our room was clean and they provided so many amenities (even things we didn’t even think of). "I stayed at quite a few hotels during my recent Tokyo trip and this was by far my favorite hotel. The room temperature was comfortable as often times I encountered that Tokyo hotel rooms are kept too hot during winter and there’s no way to cool them. This was not the case at Rose Garden. "Great hotel close to Otsuka Station, which was great to access the Yamanote line (JR lines). Although the rooms are small they are comfortable enough. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We used the baggage carrier service to get our baggage from Tokyo to Osaka which was great and highly recommended. The only negative thing I would say is that we wanted a late check out which they did accommodate but charged 2000 yen an hour which was double what the same hotel in Osaka charged 1000 for....

"Ich habe im Hotel mittlerweile zum 3. Mal übernachtet, weil ich die Lage in Shinjuku einfach perfekt finde. Bis zur Shinjuku Station sind es maximal 7 min Fußweg. Das Personal war jedes Mal nett und hilfsbereit und die Verständigung auf Englisch war kein Problem. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und auch für Alleinreisende groß genug. Was jedoch nicht allzu perfekt ist, sind die hellhörigen Zimmer. Wenn nachts um 2 Uhr andere Gäste um einen herum duschen gehen, könnte es etwas lauter werden ;) aber...
