"This was a great property for my family of four. Close to Universal Studios, with a shuttle. Food was great, service was great and loved that they had different dining options. I would stay here again. "

"Clean, easy check in. Parking was a little weird but once we figured it out, it was bad. The sketchy parking garage actually had security that helped. "

"The room is nice and clean I love it. The staff is excellent. There was in the morning around 4.00 am , I needed to get an Uber, but at that time the homeless guy was running toward me by the corner of the road in front of the hotel. I ran into the hotel lobby to get help and one super gentle cleaning man walked me and stayed with me and sent me off to the Uber taxi. I really appreciate his kindness. So even though the area so bad and quite a few of homeless people. The staff try their best to keep the guest safe and sound. I definitely will go back stay at this property again in the future. Oh at the night time you will hear siren a multiple times. "
