"Room and location was fantastic. Amenities great. Loved the restaurant, pool, bar, cafes. Only issue was the lack of response regarding early check in. Arrived at 8.30am (My issue), but check in was 4pm. Emailed multiple times over a few days trying to get an earlier check in. No response. Would recommend this location though. "

"Exceptional Stay – Best Hotel Experience in My Life😍 We stayed for 7 nights, and everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect—luxuriously appointed with every amenity you could possibly need for a dream trip. The view was breathtaking, overlooking Waikiki and the iconic big banyan tree. "Enjoyed my stay! My only complaint is that more towels should provided for no cost. 1 wash towel and 1 dry towel is needed for however many days a guest is staying."

"Overall the property was great. The only thing that needs improvement is the check in process, especially with travellers flying in late in the evening. If it wasn't for one of the friendly tenants calling the security guard for me, we probably wouldn't be able to get into our suite. There's no front desk reception. So My suggestion to management is to email travellers of check in instructions and what to expect at least 3 days prior to check in. But other than that, our stay was great!"

"Traveled here by myself with my 15month old. Such a beautiful place. Staff was so great. Rooms were clean enough I was okay with my toddler rolling around on the floor. The lagoon was so perfect for my daughter. She loved it! My only con for others traveling with small children - the restaurants on site are not geared towards children. Very hard to find meals for toddlers! A stroller is an absolute must to get around the grounds. "
