"So the rooms are big, but they only put twin beds if you want a double. Also they have indoor pool which is not heated, so it’s pretty cold. Also their gym is on treadmill and a couple pieces of weight so don’t even bother. Breakfast there is great they change a few items up every day. Staff is super nice."

"Every staff member showed genuine care and concern for their guests. Incredible hospitality all around. Each time we returned from being out and about, it felt like we were coming home. There is construction happening in front of the property and it is truly a shame, but the staff and amenities more than made up for this. Food was also excellent. Would recommend this place 100 times over to anyone visiting Hue. Spa services were also amazing. Thank you Nhi and Nao for your excellent care!"

"High end hotel with all the facilities you could wish for. The gardens & fountains are immaculately kept. Many quality restaurants with a huge selection of world cuisines available at your finger tips. We had a luxury ground floor room with a private pool & gardens sweeping onto the beach. I would think no room would disappoint as everything is superb. Needless to say the staff were exceptional, going above & beyond. I cannot fault my stay there."

" A lovely oasis in Hue! I highly recommend. Lovely pools -- one for kiddies and one for adults seeking quiet. The hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere and the grounds are lush and beautiful! The staff are very attentive. The breakfast buffet (included) was the best I had while in and that's saying a lot. To get to the center of town it only took about 12 minutes in a Grab taxi. I appreciated not being in the town center of Hue, which was hectic while fun. Cyrstie, the best conciege ever. "
