"A lovely hotel in the centre of Holetown ideal location with options to explore the island. Very friendly staff nothing was too much trouble. Damian who served beach food and drinks is a star - always upbeat and entertaining an asset to the hotel. The restaurant staff were lovely also. Food very good and entertainment most evenings. Beautiful beach with watersports."

"I loved the decor!! It was very charming and unique! Our main complaint was that the food was not very enjoyable. It was not very tasty and was really overpriced. But the beauty of the resort, the pool with the pink and white striped awnings, and the charming rooms made it all worthwhile."

"Property is overlooking the ocean. You get to listen to the ocean waves crashing against the shore as you eat, sleep, and relax. There's no tvs here so it's truly a great place to disconnect and get back to you and the people you're with. The crew is amazing. Stacia goes above and beyond to help you out, answer questions, and give recommendations. The property is older, so be aware, you might hear your neighbor moving above you. "The view was fantastic! The receptionist was excellent. The apartment we stayed in had a couple of window shutter problems. One was ready to fall off its hinges and the other took us a long time to get closed."

"The property is dated, needs to be freshened up top to bottom. It is on the fringe of a wooded area nice and quite. The 1 big complaint is that the property owner did not advise us that we were the only visitors to be there most of the time so there would be no food service available, so we had to cook every meal for ourselves. "From the moment you check in you’re greeted by the nicest team of front office staff. Shakira was an absolute superstar and Terry from ops was also great. Clean, well kept, beautiful location that is second to none. Oh and the guys in landscaping are absolute artists because the grounds are pristine. "

"Despite Hurricane Beryl having an adverse effect on apartments and beach the teams at Zaccios and Tropical Sunset pulled out all the stops to get everything up and running.
