"The hotel is an amazing older hotel in Alexandria, Louisiana. The hotel has a beautiful lobby that was decorated very well for the holidays. However, there is very limited parking around the hotel and the hotel has none of their own parking. So when the hotel was having multiple holiday parties while we were staying there, we could not find anywhere to park. Other than the parking situation, I would stay at the Bentley again and our stay was good but not great. "

"There were a couple of issues but the staff went above and beyond. They were kind at the front office when we checked out and explained the few issues with the room. "Our stay was great, the only issue was our first room. When we walked in, it looked like someone had laid down in the bed, comforter folded down, pillows messed up. We took a picture and show the front desk lady and asked if that was normal. She immediately apologized and gave us a different room. She was so nice about it. We were not upset, laughed about it. Other than that, it was a perfect stay."
