"We really loved the small and intimate feel of the resort. The staff really went out of their way to create a great experience for all the guests. One of the highlights of this location is their home reef just steps from the beach. They will give you snorkel equipment and if the weather had been nicer when we stayed (during August Monsoon), I could have spent the whole day out there. We did bite the bullet and go out snorkeling when the weather showed no signs of letting up and still saw a lot...

The staff all around was amazing but a few members that really made this trip memorable were Asim who was our GEM, he went above and beyond for us during our entire duration of the trip. Restaurants are good, 1 is included the plan and another 3 is required booking but based on your stays(nights) it will be a complimentary. "Overall, I'd say the stay was fine. I had gone for 3 nights with my wife and 3y old. Property is gorgeous and they offer lots of activities to keep you engaged (albeit quite expensive). All the activities we undertook were great. Friendly staff, decent emphasis on safety, etc. Scuba diving with their instructor, Sam was especially good if you're a beginner. The spa is very good. "The Baros Hotel was one of the best resort experiences we have ever had! The island itself is beautiful and the resort blends in nicely with the environment.
