"セルフチェックインのホテルは初めてで、以前の口コミでチェックインの仕方がわかりづらいと記載があったので心配していましたが、特に問題なかったです。 タブレットの問い合わせボタンを押せばオペレーターとすぐにテレビ電話が繋がり、迅速に対応してもらえるので非常に助かりました。 事前にメールで問合せをした際も返信が早く、親切な対応で良かったです。 お風呂の排水溝の流れがかなり悪かった点と、ベッドと壁の隙間にお菓子の袋のゴミが落ちていた点は改善を望みますが、それ以外は満足です。"
