"This apt. hotel is Very convenient located in the center of the city, About 15 min walk from Kyoto Station, bus stops across the street or nearby. 西本愿寺 a UNESCO site is right in front of the hotel. We enjoyed staying here very much. Definitely recommend! "

"The front desk staff was amazing at this apartment style hotel. I wasn't expecting first class service but we definitely got it! They provided us a dinner recommendation, booked the taxi and booked the table. It was one of the best dinners we had in Japan and was in Pontocho Alley, which is a pretty popular area! The room was beautiful, everything was comfortable. Had a great experience!"

"The check in process was too much, we arrived early, was not able to start the check in process until the time of check in at 3, it took over 30 minutes to check in after traveling all day to get to this location, walking in the rain and all of us being soaked and waiting so long to get out of our wet clothes. There needs to be a better way to check in. Did not expect that we would not be able to get fresh towels when requested, it was a surprise when I was told we needed to be the one to wash...

"It was a nice stay if you want to stay somewhere traditional. We stayed for one night ant the guest house and we wanted the experience. The place didn’t feel clean. We saw French fries and napkins on the floor when we checked in. Overall it was a good stay. The bedding was very comfortable. One of the rooms has a green exit sign which was very bright when you go to sleep. "

"숙소 위치가 우메다역 바로 옆이라 편리했고, 주변에 백화점들이 많아서 쇼핑하기 좋았습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 좋았는데, 저희가 묵었던 방 뷰는 그렇게 좋지는 않았습니다. 조식은 그럭저럭 먹을만 했습니다."
