"Friendly welcome but the room was not ready (3.30pm). Anyway got a voucher for afternoon tea with little sweets. Super friendly and helpful staff as well as the environment and architecture. But my request for breakfast was ignored despite fruits are available at every market. And everywhere it's too cold from the AC's. "

"The building was beautiful, the staff were fantastic. It’s across from a park and walkable to all the town has to offer. Small quibbles were the internet - kept going in and out, and while the breakfast was more than plentiful, the food was not kept warm. Will stay again if we’re in town. "

"Stayed in the family and friends suite. Biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Family loved it. Very convenient water dispenser. Hot, cold and warm water. Roomy bathroom with tub and shower. Close enough to Ipoh center. Far enough to be quiet and peaceful. "

"Enjoyable stay with courteous service. We chose this hotel for its central location, connection to the Ipoh Mall and the 6 EV charging bays for hotel guests (at RM1.05/kWh). Our room on the Concept (12th) floor came with a jacuzzi, and overall it was spacious and comfortable, but with some hits and misses. "Great instagrammable interior deco. Very large bathroom and bedroom. Nice environment with the giant aeon mall just within a stone’s throw away. A nice salon is also just opposite. A value for money Japanese izakaya is the main restaurant that serves fresh sashimi and good quality fare"
