"My daughter and I stayed for two nights and used their spa facility. We did facials and massages which were great! The room was spacious and comfortable! The breakfast buffet and room service was great! The employees from front desk, spa facility, room service were all very polite and helpful! We will definitely come back and recommend the Omni!!!"

"I was worried about this property because of other reviews but it really exceed our expectations and we can't wait to plan a trip with friends and go back! The kids club was awesome - shout out to Bailey because she was the counselor for a few days with our son, but all of the counselors were great! Heated pool at main building was amazing too. Food and drinks were awesome. Had the best espresso martini from the girls at the bar at the main lobby."

"We have stayed here several times. It’s overall nice. I was disappointed that there isnt an ice machine anymore so you have to turn on your ice maker in the freezer and wait for it to make ice if you want a drink. Also the free coffee/lattes machine in the lobby was out of order for the 3 days of our stay. Staff is very nice. Would stay again. "

"This hotel was amazing! All the staff were super including special shoutout to the shuttle drivers! Must stay for sure if you’re in Jacksonville. The rooms were big, clean, and a reasonable price. Would def recommend. "
