"Nice Hotel but since price doubled, last Feb we paid about $100/ni, now $200/ni off season, will go back to Grand Cayman Resort about half the price. We liked being able to charge our EV on the 4th & above floors at Avista but the $10 in KWH energy usage didn't offset the huge price increase."

"We stayed here for 7 days and it was a great little spot. We went in off season when it was colder so we couldn’t use the outdoor pools however the indoor pool was fantastic. The rooms are way bigger than I expected also super clean. Lots of towels and bedding. The arcade was huge and super clean, the playground was ages 5-12 so not great for little ones as it’s high and dangerous. "The rating must definitely must be fudged for starters, this place has the worst cleaning staff ever they should be fired immediately. I wonder how they live if this is what they think clean is. "Upon entering the room we found an error on the heat unit that was blowing cold air. (This is in February!). They called maintenance and offered us a new room. Before we could retrieve our belongings, service arrived at the door and “fixed” it. He was friendly and proficient. So we stayed in original room.
