Customers services was absolutely fantastic Alecia, is very proactive in getting things done when needed. The only thing I would recommend is that a washer dryer would be ideal as there isn't one installed in the property."

"By far the worst rental Ive ever booked. We booked for 11/6-11/12 during a trip to bury my aunt. I contacted the host to let her know that our flight would be landing at 3am Thurs morning. She asked if someone could pick up the keys. When we arrived after 4am, already exhausted, we get upstairs and the keys did not work.
