Many small broken things that owner can easily fix to make the place more welcoming were not done. We were very close to abandoning the place and take the loss but there were no available options at the time. This is basically your last resort. "

"Dieses Guesthouse kann man nicht empfehlen. Seruni kennt niemand vor Ort. Am Haus steht ASTUNGKARA - Uns wurde zunächst eine Besenkammer zugewiesen, obwohl Twin-Bed gebucht, nur ein Kingbett. Nach Beschwerde und bösen Blicken anderes Zimmer erhalten. Ohne Handtücher und Toilettenpapier. Das haben wir uns dann selbst organisiert. Niemand war vor Ort. "I have booked for 6 nights. When I saw how dirty was the bathroom and that there was no light from the outside ( the room looks like a prison cell), I called hotels.com immediately to cancel my booking for the 5 remaining nights. They couldn't reach the manager and nobody answered their calls. In the morning, before checking out, the staff was able to join the manager by phone. I explained the situation and she agreed to refund me the 5 remains nights. But .... one week later, it appears that...
