Hotel com boa estrurura fisica, porém, o atendimento deixa muito a desejar, o restaurante é pessimo, não vale a pena o jantar no restaurante!! Salao de jogos mal equipado! Bar da piscina com poucas opções!!

Confortável porém precisa de melhorias

Hotel novo, instalações boas porém estão em período de adaptações. Muitas coisas ainda pra serem terminadas. Espaços não estavam funcionando em sua totalidade. Os funcionários todos simpáticos e prestativos (exceção da responsável pela área do bar e café da manha, que por algumas vezes foi ríspida e arrogante) mas estavam perdidos, hotel estava com a capacidade máxima, não havia lugar para todos tomarem café e jantar, tinha que esperar a primeira leva pra depois entrar outra já que a área do restaurante não cabe todo mundo. Estão com boa vontade mas precisa melhorar em muitos aspectos para valer o valor cobrado. A praia é belíssima, uma lugar lindo, mas o local não oferece nenhum atrativo à noite, não tem nada pra fazer a não ser praia e o hotel, então eles precisam oferecer mais atividades aos hóspedes, ainda mais que recebem muitas crianças. A piscina tb é bem rasa e não comporta a quantidade de hóspedes. Enfim, o lugar é lindo, o hotel é novo e confortável, mas precisam se “encontrar”. Ainda estão se adaptando.

Hotel charmoso e vista linda

Hotel novíssimo, confortável, enxoval top e que logo logo estará com suas funcionalidades alinhadas. Avaliando a comida, pelo porte do hotel precisa melhorar. Café da manhã básico com poucas opções e sem charme. Jantar (meia pensão) a carne era dura e poucas opções. E por ser ceia de natal ficou muito aquém do esperado e cobrado. Precisa também considerar as intolerâncias alimentares e acrescentar alimentos sem lactose, por exemplo. Quartos muitos confortáveis , mas é apertado para 4 pessoas e o frigobar é mini e fica no chão o que dificulta o uso. Outro ponto importante é investir em Wi-fi, pois durante a estadia no segundo andar não funcionou nada! Já no outros quartos (terceiro e térreo ) funcionava. O hotel oferece a travessia para praia o que é um diferencial e vale muito a pena. A região tem opções de refeições por fora, passeios e vale muito a pena no geral. Quero voltar sim! Parabéns para equipe , funcionários muitos simpáticos e aptos a ajudar!

Dia lindo!

Vista perfeita, td novinho! Esperava uma ceia de natal mais incrementada, mas estava muito boa msm assim! Tive um problema cm o banheiro q estava entupido e ao tomar banho foi água para todo lado e tive q mudar de quarto. Fiquei num quarto térreo e não tem vista mar como dizia qnd reservei, ao questionar sobre a vista alegaram q todos os quartos são vista mar mas o térreo via menos, no quarto que fiquei só o cheiro do mar mesmo kkkkkk a cama tb q dizia ser queen era apenas a de casal normal, mas nada q desabone um hotel novo e com uma localização tão perfeita!

Hotel recém inaugurado e muito confortável.

O Transamérica Dunas de Marapé é um hotel com apenas dois meses de inaugurado. O atendimento foi excelente, mesmo antes de efetivamente entrar, pois chegamos antes do horário de check-in. A recepção foi fantástica. Nos ofereceram para guardar nossas malas e já passamos a curtir a ilha. No hotel, tudo novo, organizado e limpo. A vista panorâmica na cobertura é coisa de cinema.
