"The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great."

"Very good especially for the price paid. The bed was very very firm and not to my liking. Hence the 3 star comfort rating; everything else was great. You are renting an apartment in a large building so many residents as well as some visitors. The facilities were nice and not really populated. Being Australian we spend a lot of time outside and swimming so the kids love the kids rooms, playground and pools and we had everything to ourselves. "Good for big families as there are four bedrooms. Note that only two rooms come with attached bathroom. A third bathroom for common use and a fourth bathroom behind kitchen and is too small to shower in. Location is convenient as just at KSL mall. However, getting in and out of apartment is inconvenient as we only had one access card when there are 10 of us. Need to pay deposit one day before stay and it is contactless check in or out."

"The unit was great and has beautiful decor. Clean, neat and nicely furnished. Only thing is we did some light cooking and the kitchen does not have enough power points, although they provided adaptor.
