They should be able to provide some guidelines about the surrounding areas - e.g. in case of emergency they should know pharmacy, electric shop, shopping area etc. Even after asking repetedly for help and directions, the response was luke warm. "This was my first time staying at 7 Eiffel and I was so pleasantly surprised. Rooms are modern and clean (have enough outlets everywhere, great lighting, shower is fantastic) and the entire hotel is clean and modern. The staff is fantastic, always wiling to help with anything you need. The location is also a major plus. walking distance from Rue de Clur (a walking street with markets, shoppes and cafes), bakeries and restaurants.
