Lodge was far off the beaten path. Felt like 20 min drive from off the main road with many switch backs. Came in on a snowy night and was nervous we would be trapped to stay longer if the roadways were not cleared up enough since the rental did not have snow tires. Night receptionist was not very friendly or informative. Pricing for massages and spa treatments were higher than the stay. Other staff smoked on property even though it was against the rules for guests. Lights did not all work in room. TV set on wall where you could only see it from one side of bed. Furniture was odd, cumbersome, unmatching. Decor like a monestary with some creepy and mysterious vibes. Did not like the number code door which anyone could enter. And the door did not close shut tightly with a preventative stopper for intrusion. Very small bathroom. Facility needed to be described more like an Airbnb or bed & breakfast.
