"I don’t usually leave reviews, but I would like to say this hotel was exceptional, from start to finish. Check in was seamless, they ask of you want a late check out and even a shower before leaving to the airport, if you have a late flight. Room cleaning is done in a timely manner, I never had to call them at all. Turn down the same. The bed is extremely comfortable, my oura ring recorded some of my best nights sleep. The pillows are great too. I was hesitant when booking because the pictures make the hotel look so old, but the room and facilities are great. The location is probably one of the best for easy walking and mrt accessibility. I usually try different hotels Everytime I am in Singapore, but I think from now on I will be staying here. Well done to the hotel and teams, they know their profession better than many brands I have stayed at. Thank you! "

"Hotel is located in a very convenient area. There are shopping areas and dining options right behind the hotel. Rooms are a bit small but modern looking and nicely set up. Recommend stay for solo or couples. Bar/restaurant on site with great food and drinks. Staff are awesome also. "

"Building had a beautiful 4th level pool, garden, gym, and lsundry. Room was a little small, and near the elevator is a little noisy, but overall a great stay and the location was really convenient."

"Our stay at the Carlton was more than what we were expecting, from the friendliness of the staff on the desks to the ladies cleaning our room. Very convenient for walking to the popular tourist spots, the hop on hop off bus stops were close by. Directly opposite Raffles hotel for the history buffs. Great location all round. "
