"We are longtime visitors to this hotel due to its location and easy access fo the airport. We never had an issue before but our last issue was one for the history books. We paid for one room and extended our stay through Expedia selecting the option to pay when we get to the hotel. The check in counter helped us to keep our room and everything started normally. Then came the strange thing. The supervisor called my husband abroad to tell him we did not pay and settle the payment and let me know....

"The hotel was wonderful and the staff extremely helpful. The concierge staff, especially Hussein, went out of their way to assist. The buffets were very well laid out with good variety. "My first room was clean then the ac decided to leak all over my suitcase and my clothes in the middle of the night, I woke up after it had already flooded my room. My suit which I had dry cleaned the day before was completely ruined as were half my clothes. That was out of their hands but what wasn't was the "upgraded" room they put me in, the only difference was that it had a larger window and a balcony thats basically unusable. Now the problem with that was I could hear the DJ blasting...
