"Safe, clean, and quiet are what I care most. This place is very clean. Security is good. And feel safe around this area. Our room faces a busy road, noisy at night, I wear earplugs for sleep. 3 out of 6 rooms at each floor faces this street. "Poor customer service upon check in. We were 20 minutes early for a 3pm check in time and were not permitted in. Crazy when previous hotel allowed check in three hours earlier. Even respecting the 3pm check in time, it was the rudeness of staff that set a bad tone for the stay.
