"Fantastic stay at Ritz Carlton and Kuala Lumpur. Very nice rooms with comfortable beds. Great AC. Nice recreational areas with good space. Gym with good machines. Even good assortment of free weights. Nice spa with two saunas. Only downside was sun availability. Great service from all the staff and shout out to masum b and Dewan! Good location close to shopping malls, restaurants and KLCC park And make sure to eat at Hakka! "

"Very nice and clean hotel room. good food and nearby night club along with food street. You can choose which night life you want .. LOL :-) But be carefull when you bring your children walking after working hour since so many ladies and event lady boys on the way to the street food area at Jalan Alor, it might make them uncomfortable. The hotel room is very very comfort and clean. Love it "

"Liked and old ambiance of historic hotel, breakfast and friendly staff. Didn't like..... Only one trash can in the entire room. Ordered coffee and fries in room.......came very cold. After complaining a hot plate of fries was delivered. Coffee maker was old ...... it was a challenge get it to brew. Bathroom and in-room tub design was pretty bad. Concierge had very little knowledge of local events or happenings."

"Hotel in posizione strategica in centro a KL. Ottimamente collegato. Buon servizio e colazione molto ricca anche se l’ambiente un po’ caotico. Nel complesso un’ottima soluzione per chi vuole visitare KL anche se la pulizia generale lascia a volte un po’a desiderare."
