"I have stayed at this hotel before, but I used it again. Each time I feel the high-ceilinged entrance and the open poolside make me feel very relaxed. The staff was smooth and accommodating to my requests. I'm planning to visit Malaysia again next year and feel that I would like to use your service again."

"Positives: staff is very friendly and try really hard to deliver customer service. The hotel rooms look nice. Negatives: for a hotel that is relatively new, the wear and tear on fixtures and floors is more than I expected. The washroom faucet water pressure is quite weak, but I’m not sure if that’s on purpose as a eco feature. The waiters at the restaurant are nice and made useful recommendations, but need more training. The restaurant is a buffet for half the week so maybe they were not...
