"Wow this hotel has it all!! Fabulous staff made us feel very looked after, We stayed the night for my birthday in the Executive King room it was perfect with a cute little mini fridge, the room itself was very spacious, the bed was so comfortable, We were greeted with a welcome drink when we got to our room there was a bottle of Prosecco on ice to wish me a happy birthday, We are definitely returning to this hotel it’s the best with great attentive staff, "

"The hotel is located o the second floor over a pub in the centre of the banking district. It’s a beautiful old building and the rooms have a a lot of original features. The hotel was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet for the centre of London. The staff are very helpful and we were lucky that our room was ready early. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. there was a fridge in the room with some complimentary soft drinks and fresh milk. Those was also an espresso maker....

Good location however poor service.

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
