I was unexpectedly surprised to receive some chocolates and 2 small bottles of wine delivered to my room on my birthday! Fantastic service. "

"The house was really nice, even with a private pool. The main pool was really convenient for children. However some facilities are not very well maintained, maybe because it was not high season. However the price was very good for what we got."

"Our stay was fantastic: this was a truly pleasant all-inclusive hotel. We were issued wristbands to identify us to staff and had more food/drink than we needed the entire time. The room was spacious, the beds very comfy and the shower easy to work. There were two large outside pools that were freezing cold (very pleasant for countering the heat) and one inside pool that was a little warmer. "This is a lovely place to stay, but it does need a bit of tlc. Apparently there are plans to do some work soon. The pool is a good size and only 1.2m deep so quite safe. Our Villa as ok, but there were a few problems: worst, no smoke alarms! The extractor in the kitchen didn’t work, the oven had no shelves or grill pan, there was no microwave or toaster, not enough crockery, cutlery or glasses. No coathangers in the bedrooms. All small but irritating things which could easily be fixed. Overall...

"Solo stay for a week in October for some sunshine and r&r. Ticked all the boxes. Was allocated a 2nd floor room facing the sun for most of the day which I had asked for. Fabulous communication before arrival (last minute booking). Hotel arranged a taxi from the airport which was great as arrived late at night. "A basic quality stay. You pay what you get. My wife and I stayed here before and we enjoyed our time. The staff are definitely the greatest asset. My only complaint is the noise of the air con which was so loud, I had to sleep on the sofa in the lounge where the air con was less loud. The rooms were spotless, cleaned every day. The atmosphere around the pool area was chilled and relaxed which was definitely what we wanted. "

"Enjoyed our stay here. Some property issues (fridge broken but they replaced it the next month t, air conditioning unit leaking) but the room was nice and the pool very clean. Would have been difficult to get a sun lounger if it had been any fuller. Food on site was better than expected. Bizarrely wouldn’t give us two keys for the room which is odd when there is more than one of you and you might want to go off and do different things!"

"Di positivo: Ottima posizione Personale gentile e disponibile Grande piscina Parcheggio riservato Di negativo : 4 notti in una località di mare senza balcone per poter stendere le cose bagnate non ha agevolato il confort Bagno da rivedere : doccia con tenda pessima che allaga il pavimento ogni volta. Manca un porta rotolo. Manca un porta sapone sia in doccia che sul mobile del lavandino. Si sono persi in un bicchier d’acqua. "

"Mooie, grote kamer voorzien van koelkastje en waterkoker. Elke dag 2 flessen water in de kamer. Uitzicht op zee. Het ontbijt was erg goed. Er was veel keuze. Een fantastisch groot en mooi zwembad. Gratis parkeren."
