The staff at the front desk was nice and friendly. She tried to find me a clean room but there was none. After 5 failed attempts, rooms had black mold in the showers, dried coffee on the bathroom counters and stains in linen. Disgusting. I couldn’t stay there it was very unclean

We checked in late in the evening and the lady was wonderful. There was an intoxicated male in the parking lot and she was already taking care of it. We were told there would be a wonderful breakfast awaiting us in the morning. We woke up to a half empty buffet, a sign that said the cook didn't come into work, with a man who appeared homeless (looked exactly like the man stumbling around when we checked in), passed out cold over two full plates of food. He was dirty and it terrified our children. The new lady working the front desk was on her phone perhaps doing some sort of staff scheduling, she had no idea he was even there. She tried to deal with it I guess... turns out the people had a room down the hall where they would leave the back door propped open for other less desirables to come and go as they please. The hall was filled with cigarette smoke. Our room was huge, definitely not vacuumed, there was trash on the floor beside the beds etc. It's too bad the property isn't managed better because it is beautiful. Put subsidized guests on the top floor so they don't have easy access to let unregistered guests stay and are less likely to prop open unsupervised doors, and harder for them to sneak unregistered guests in.

Tweakers sleeping in cars in the parking lot. Super gross and dirty rooms. Big hotel; practically empty. Says it all. Paid almost 200 dollars. Could have done better just about anywhere. Gross, just gross. My wife would not stay here.

The room was ok other than stained furniture, ripped curtain and a sheet used for a bed spread. The lady at the front seat was absolutely rude, l was trying to show her I had a confirmation email from booking online and was treated very poorly. And this being the day shift worker. Swing shift gal was super nice.

Everything was great, except that there was a purple stain from something on the sheets. I had absolutely nothing purple, so that kinda grossed me out. I completely removed the bedding before I left in hopes they will definitely change it 😭 there was also spots in the room that you could tell hadn’t been touched in a while, should definitely improve on cleaning. the front desk employee was so kind though!!

Starting off the staff we checked in with was really nice and friendly. She did complain a lot about how her housekeepers were way behind and had to put us on the second floor which was fine. But then made us go to the farthest back part of the building. Got to our room and it has clearly not been used in a LONG time. The trim on the TV cabinet was broken and laying on the floor. The room was ice cold (it was the second week of February with 2 inches of snow outside) so I turned on the heat which blew out a puff of dust. I pulled the filter out, which was covered in dust. Grabbing blankets because it was so cold I noticed the headband was covered in dust. There was pubic hair all over the floor in the bathroom and the room was still cold. After 30 minutes the room was not getting any warmer. Only cold air was coming out if the heater and it was at 89 and high heat. Tried calling the front desk with the phone in the room but it was broken. I ended up walking to the front desk by rooms with yelling and barking dogs. The staff at the front desk said she only had 2 rooms available so she moved us to a room across the hallway. 2 rooms? The parking lot had 7 cars in it and I'm pretty sure 2 of them were abandoned. Theres 200 rooms? Okay fine. still the same problem. No heat. Told the front desk again and she said turn it on high. It might take a while. We ended up going to Target and getting a space heater. It was like a scene out of a movie. Pay the extra $30 to say anywhere else

Average hotel, room wasn't clean, our card didn't work a few times, barely anyone else staying there. The bar on first floor was closed our whole stay through the weekend. Multiple cars parked in parking lot with someone sleeping in them. People were smoking right under our window. Breakfast was nice, but they serve the same thing every day. Don't plan to stay here again.

Very convenient location off the highway. Thinking this was the Old Red Lion. Did not realize that the Red Lion Franchise has been sold. New owners are not taking care of the property. Backside of the building, the roofing eves are falling down, the rooms are kind of dated. Not the luxurious hotel it once was restaurant and bar are totally closed, the pool and exercise room were still open. No vending machines, pop machines, and ice machines were not operating and turned off. Two light bulbs were burned out in the bathroom. Staff was good and efficient with what they had. The free breakfast was okay. No yogurt or dry cereal and milk. The do it yourself waffle iron was good with a small amount of scrambled egg, potato squares, and bacon. No decaf coffee or any dairy. Comfortable beds and clean towels.

The website and the loby said there was breakfast 7 to 9 am we both checked a couple times and nothing but coffee and water . It was January 17th and 28 degrees out . My wife is a type 1 diabetic. Eating three meals a day is important to her health. The breakfast was one of the point for us staying there . With the weather it was really not safe to drive , we were given no choice as she needed to eat.

Clean but everything is at minimum. No phone in the room! I was surprised at condition even light bulbs missing. Oh well, I enjoyed my rest. Thank you.

took over a hour and a half to check in. One front desk dealing with a 10-15 person check in, on one of the busiest weekends of the year. on one person at any point in the stay
