"Hotel baru bagus Tapi kesiapan jumlah karyawan masih kurang. Pesanan makan di kamar over 1 jam. Saat datang sudah dingin makanya. Bfast juga di restoran pesan mie tak datang2 karena staff kurang."

"Receptionist ramah, breakfast semua enak dengan waitress yg gesit dan ramah juga. Semua baik. Saran saja bangunannya harus di cat ulang agar lebih stunning dan tidak kebanting dengan hotel sekitarnya"

"Excellent location, close to BIP mall and Gramedia. Walking distance to Braga. Nice view of Bandung (we were on the 11th floor facing East). Room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices from continental to traditional food like bubur ayam and nasi goreng. The down side: bathroom needs updating, the toilet was not flushing properly, not enough vanity lighting, only a couple of towels given. But overall we were very satisfied and would come back in the future."

"The hotel location is very strategic in the heart of Bandung. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Room is cozy but cleanliness and room lighting can be improved. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. "
