"This is a lovely hotel in Kifisia The staff are absolutely amazing and will go out of their way to help you with anything Meals in their restaurant were delicious Rooms were very clean and quiet If I was to go back to Kifisia I would stay at the y hotel 5stars all around "

"The standard of your breakfast is poor No more signboards as to what is in each silver heated breakfast servers. There were fruit flies at the spout of the fresh orange juice maker. One orange above this machine was broken open and rotting. The staff took NO INTEREST in service at all. Eg When the cheese plate was empty it was not replaced. The staff are not trained to actively remove empty plates from tables. They only do so once the diners have left. The whole experience was far poorer...

The breakfast included is served airplane style in a box, in your room, which was okay, but not great. The staff and the price won the day though, so good value for money, with a large car park on site."
