"We really enjoyed our 2 day break in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is lovely and spotlessly clean. The veiws from the lounge are beautiful. My only disappointment was the breakfast, everything else was perfect. "

"Have stayed in this hotel several times and am never disappointed. The hotel is in an excellent location and is always very clean. I also appreciate how close it is for walking into the town. I would like to mention that the staff were once again very friendly and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. I plan to go back to Oban soon and I know this will be the hotel I use again next time."

"The Glenburn Hotel has outstanding views from the hotel restaurant / lobby area, so I enjoyed it as much as I could since my room looked on to the roof, blocking the view. A little misguided from the outstanding photos on Expedia. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming and I really enjoyed my walks in the lovely area of Rothesay. This coastal town allows you to feel disconnected, without having to be too far from the mainland. I would definitely suggest taking a taxi from the ferry...

"Lovely hotel, the breakfast was great and there are nice walks close by. The hotel bar had a nice atmosphere and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and bar staff all very nice. £30 additional charge for a small dog to stay only 1 night, while the dog was very welcome and accommodated for this seems excessive compared to other hotels. I believe the charge is the same regardless of nights stayed but feel this could be lowered if only staying a single night. There is little...

I also left an article of clothing so phoned up the next day and the staff posted it back to me, fantastic service. Room was spotless and the housekeeping was perfect. "
