"The property, service and cleanliness were excellent even though they were under staffed it did not affect the service. It was surrounded by commercial businesses which would have put us off booking had we known however, it did spoil our stay it just didn't make for scenic breakfasts. "Overall the hotel was lovely with pleasant staff. The rooms we stayed in were spotless, very spacious and well looked after. Large bathroom and plenty towels. We ate in the Bistro and the food was nice and service pleasant - it did seem a little short of experienced staff though. When we discovered there was an issue with my daughter's food (we eventually realised she'd been given pasta with arrabiata sauce rather than plain tomato and that was why she couldn't eat it) I told the guy clearing...

"Great find! Renovations meant a longer walk through to the apartments but really wasnt an issue for us. Apartment was spotless and the facilities were great. The only real downside was there are no sockets near the mirror so getting ready was a little tricky as i didnt have a mirror with me so had to use my phone camera to see as i was doing my hair. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the location was great for us! "
