Only real complaint: there was a plastic covering over the mattress (under the sheet) that could be felt thru the sheet that made it somewhat uncomfortable to sleep. "It was a nice, safe place. The view from the patio was nice. The lawn on the golf course was well taken care of. The squirrels were definitely entertaining. The stay was comfortable. The property had a few issues mostly small things. The patio door was hard to open which could be difficult for older occupants. The HVAC unit is on the porch which was a little loud since it is right outside the bedroom. We would stay there again. Parking was good which is great compared to many places. "

Elevator situation was undesirable partly because it was shared with staff transportating linens and such, maybe because it was so busy because Of all the families there. "The arcade was a fun addition to the hotel. It isn’t a huge arcade but it had enough to be entertaining. Breakfast was good. The room clean enough but it’s a little older so some things had a bit of wear and that’s ok. The staff were friendly, the pools were nice and the outside seating area excellent! "

"This place was awesome , we got the villa with the jet tub and fire place . It was amazing , the beds were super comfortable slept like a baby . It was quiet ! Kid friendly , the pool was amazing my kids loved the water slide . And I loved the two hot tubs! They were even passing out popsicles at the pool for the kids . Such a great place to stay with your kids ! The ONLY NEGATIVE thing I have to say is the little money scheme they try to sucker you into at the front desk when you check in . Don’t do it ! We were told it was just a 2 hour tour of the property and we would receive 2 flight tickets and two night stay at a hotel in Vegas . Then said for just answering our phone to confirm our tour we would get a $100 visa gift card . We did answer phone and confirmed but never received our gift card . And then when we got there for our tour , we then shortly found out it wasn’t a tour they were trying to get us to buy a time share . We were never told it was about time shares . I got pissed and left . They lie just to get you in there to sell you stuff . "
