"We loved Railay Bay Resort and wish we stayed longer. I had 2 massages with Kate which were excellent. The only downside is the restaurant on location is quite average. The restaurant is very understaffed, but otherwise the rest of the resort seemed well taken care of with plenty of help. "

"Excellent Quality/Price relationship. We booked a luxury pool room for "half price" but got a free upgrade for a 2 room half bungalow. The large park area is lovely and very well kept. "My stay at the hotel and location is excellent, and I have no complaints. The staff were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. However, I do have two suggestion—elevators should be available throughout the property to better accommodate guests with disabilities or limited mobility. "Exceptional friendly and very helpful staff. Beach was easily accessible and a magnificent view of the sea bay. Our room included the club lounge which we had our daily breakfast and afternoon mini buffet during our stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The gym was well equipped, but the machine felt sticky. Perhaps they should supply antiseptic wet wipe for people to wipe down the equipments. I would have no problem in staying at the Dusit Thani Krabi."

"Lovely hotel right on the most beautiful beach along the Leam Tong coast. Very friendly and incredibly helpful staff. Really great that there is free transportation around the hotel area in golf carts, especially if you stay in rooms on the mountainside. The hotel looks nice, but needs a lot of love in many places. Breakfast was good, but the restaurant area needs a major cleaning."
