LARGE room, bathtub! LOTS of amenities e.g. all the toiletries, bath salts, pajamas to use each night, turn down with water and chocolate. welcome sweets.
GREAT service. breakfast buffet was good but not as extensive as four seasons. Japanese breakfast was the same each day, though extensive!
location: quiet, beautiful grounds, great views. close to subway. though not close to anything interesting e.g. shopping etc. though walkable to imperial palace

Hotel was fantastic. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. A little bit away from the heart of Tokyo, which made it a bit calmer and quiet, but still close to many trains which made it easy to get around. Staff were exceptionally friendly and polite.

Slightly ageing property but rooms seem to have been renovated and the suite we stayed in was vast. Be careful when booking for children as we did not end up with a bed for each child despite being clear how many were in our party and despite the room being big enough for a lot of beds! The view of the tower from the bar is amazing but getting into the bar or restaurant on the top floor is a frustrating experience, and children are not allowed in the evenings.

Though it is a busy hotel it is still very zen. Also it is right by the metro station and at the same time away from the hustle and bustle of other neighborhoods.
Also the breakfast buffet is the best breakfast I ever had.
