"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Hakone Stage. The Villa itself is quite spacious (we had a family of three staying) - a welcome change from the cramped living conditions in Tokyo. The villa was clean and very comfortable. The location is right next to both the "pirate" ship port and the ropeway to the top of Owakudani. "We booked the barrel suana cabin, it was a cute little cabin with an outdoor bath tub and wood fired sauna. All the staff were so professional, polite and friendly especially ishigawa and keiko. We are definitely coming back on our next trip to Japan. This place is a little piece of heaven . I recommend booking the private hot springs and suana. My compliments to all the staff , management and owner. EXCELLENT!!!!!"

"北館を利用させてもらいした。 荷物搬入用の駐車スペースは入口は狭いものの自分的には問題無しでした（車種はハリアー） しかし南館併設の駐車場はすごくわかりにくい。 日が落ちるタイミングだったので見辛く何度も通り過ぎてしまい周辺をグルグル周りながらなんとか辿り着きました。 北館にも駐車スペースが確保できたら完璧だったと思います。 そんなことより家族は大変満足しておりここの系列の他のとこも行ってみたいと言ってます。 また利用したい施設になりました。 1個気になったのは部屋に大量の殺虫剤があり、虫が多い時期に来たらちょっと大変そうだなって思いました。"

"Amazing hotel and perfect location right in the city centre. Room was spacious and comfortable. My back has been aching recently but the mattress in my room was very good and of just right level of stiffness so my back felt rested. I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast as it had many options and variety. Staff were really friendly and helped me order a taxi to my next destination. Would definitely stay there again. "
