"Front desk staff and porter were not too friendly but helpful when asked. Housekeepers and other staff were very happy and ready to assist. Housekeepers do a great job cleaning rooms and providing room items (water, shampoo, coffee, etc.) when we declined room cleaning on certain days. This hotel is dated and getting a bit old, but we already know this and it’s fine because we like the big rooms with separate bedroom, full kitchen, living room and full bath with shower and tub."

"The hotel is very beautiful and grand, the lobby is great for chilling out and taking photos! The room was a good size for three people and we had a pool view balcony. However the staff only ever stocked the room with towels and water for two people, which became a daily annoyance of having to request extra things. The staff were not very helpful, instead of helping book taxis and not getting scammed as tourists, it seemed they were part of the scam."
