It was really nice stay in this property. All staff's are welcoming, polite and very helpful in every perspect. Transportation option is very good from this hotel. Happy to stay here and i must stay on my next visit.

the hotel is okay for short stay needs improvement in cleanliness the hotel staff were humble did their job well the Managers were all nice +1 to all d managers the breakfast was good and simple +1 to the cook it was my second time staying in this hotel me and my son had a good stay highly recommended to all travellers who wish to enjoy a good Buffet breakfast

A below average hotel
Room cleaniness was okay kind and the people in reception was helping and did their service to maximum. Breakfast was fine not bad. The location of the hotel was very bad amd not advisable to go with family.

Nice Hotel Close to Park Street
We were a couple with a 3 year old child. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Rooms are on the Smaller side but the bed was large and all amenities are provided. It is located in a very narrow lane which is perhaps the only drawback. Staff was very professional and the hotel also served breakfast which was satisfactory for the price paid. Overall the hotel offers full value for money paid.

Excellent location, warm staff
As a single woman traveling and staying in hotels one always looks for safety, privacy and cleanliness above all. This hotel offers all. I got a great deal through Expedia so it was also good value for money. It is in the most central location. The staff was also very warm, welcoming and non-intrusive.

Nice Hotel near to kali ghat and shopping centers
I stayed here for 1 night and booked 2 rooms. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. worthy for the money i spent. Front desk staff is very friendly with warm welcome. But service guys are little late in responding.

We had three rooms and all are clean and decent. The morning receptionist is helpful and kind but the night time receptionist could have been nicer when he checked us in at midnight. Location isn't so good so make sure your taxi driver talks to the receptionist to find out where it is. Three taxis we took, none of the drivers know where it is.

Friendly and helpful staff
Nice and friendly staff, room is very neat and clean, food is good and reasonable price, no extra fee for room service, nice to have a late dinner in my room because I arrived there late due to my flight delay.

Clean Newly Built Hotel
The staff are nice and friendly.Clean place in a dirty surrounding. Although I prefer non veg option, surprisingly their vegetarian meals are excellent The rooms are design to have Big beds only.They have not conceived that a business traveller may need a a small desk and chair to work, or for that matter a centre table for snack/meal in the room. This make the place somewhat mediocre. The entrance lane is in a pathetic condition.Unfortunately the park circus area is traditionally dirty and neglected by the corporation.
