"Check-in was easy and fast. We got to our room and there were NO TOWELS. Had to go back to the office and I received 2 small very worn towels, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth, 2 small soaps, NO SHAMPOO or CONDITIONER, No towel for the floor. We could not hook up our Firestick to the tv ports they were very old. They haven’t changed since 2016 when I use to stay there. Beds are so-so. Mattress on top of a wood base. Office staff was friendly. These really need to be remodeled. Everything is outdated. "
