"Wir waren schon das 4. Mal im Urban in Rotterdam und waren bisher sehr zufrieden, aber dieses Mal waren wir sehr enttäuscht über den desolaten Zustand des Zimmers. In der Dusche waren Halterungen abgerissen, Duschkabine war undicht, Wände waren beschmutzt, Kleiderstange im Schrank war abgerissen. Das Zimmer benötigt dringend eine Renovierung. So kennen wir das Urban nicht und würden uns freuen, wenn wir das nächste Mal buchen wieder einen besseren Zustand vorfinden würden "

"Stayed for 3 nights for a business trip to the area. Great location opposite Centraal Station and walkable for the many shops, bars and restaurants of beautiful Rotterdam. Rooms have everything you could wish for, full kitchen facilities and comfortable beds. Small but well kitted gym. Will be my first choice when in the area again, thanks!"
