"I would not stay in this hotel again. The room was not in good condition. The 1st room I was given to, the bed sheets and bed cover have stains on them. There was sticky liquid on one of the tools on the table. The tea kettle was old and ran down. The table was not cleaned throughly. The AC was not working well. When my mom asked to change to another room because of these reason, she was told that they couldn't do it because they were full. I had to go down to the lobby to complain at the front desk with anger before they gave me another room. The replacement room was not too great either. It was just a bit better than the previous one. We had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the 2nd room. The staff were quite friendly, but they needed to improve their SOP for room cleaning and maintenance. The wall in the room was also stained with dirty spots. The spots should've been easy to clean if they want to. I sprayed alcohol everywhere, including the pillow and bedsheets, because I was worried about the hygiene of everything in the room due to the conditions I saw."
