"All of the Four Seasons we have visited are excellent. But the device and attention to detail here were next level. Our room with a plunge pool and view of Jimbaran bay was excellent We ate at three restaurants and for the first time I'd say the dinner buffet was best. French pastry chef who made magnificent deserts. Fresh fish Balinese style, Tuna sashimi was melti in your mouth. We enjoyed a complimentary cocktail reception where we met other guests and F&B Manager Michel and GM Nicolas....

"Stayed 4 nights in the family suite. Rooms: dated. need renovations Bathrooms: salty water and shower water pressure arent the best Concierge service: unfriendly and takes ages. Room service: WELL DONE! FnB outlet staffs (pool bar, velada, ikan): AWESOME! Conclusion: personally, rather not stay here again as there are newer and better 5 stars nearby. But, definately will be back visiting their FnB outlets.. "

"Wunderschös Hotel,sehr sauber und gepflegt.Grosses Zimmer,Bequeme Bett.Grosse Frühstücksauswahl.Schönes Infinity Pool. Ich war in mehrere Hotels während meiner Bali-Reise,aber in keinem habe ich mit so einer Gästeservice getroffen.Das Abendessen im Restaurant war ein Erlebnis.ich war nur paar Tage da,aber das Personal hat meinen Name gemerkt. Vielen herzlichen Dank für das Personal.Ich komme wieder."

"After a long journey from NY, we were just looking for a place to shake off any jet lag and not have to go anywhere. This place was perfect for us. 24 hour restaurant, pool and beach. Very relaxing, great staff and just a nice environment. Would highly recommend."

"No buggy car service, if you with child or old parents, better not choose the ocean front suites and above. The service is EXCELLENT, thanks to all the team/staffs of anantara for the best service. Hotel location is Great for the honeymooners who choose stay in the room, but if you want to go out to visit other places, its not really recommend. "

"I went swimming in the pool and my bikini turned yellow afterwards. Even the towel turned yellow. The hotel staff was really not helpful. They tried to clean my bikini and it didn’t work. They said, that they checked the pool and it was ok. Nevertheless the floor wasn’t wiped once during our stay. There is no hairdryer in the room. We ordered a transfer from the hotel to the airport and when we wanted to leave nothing was organized! I would not visit this hotel again!"

Hotel that is not worth at all to be stayed

"i was disappointed with the service start from check in. When we arrived at the hotel at around 2pm, we were given a choice to wait for a room view ocean view of just anyroom that is available, and we choose a room with ocean view as we will be staying for 3 nights. After waiting for about 2 hours at lobby without aircon, when we asked again, they told us that the room was not ready, we have to wait another 2 hours. I was so upset because we are very tired. we fly in from melbourne, in which we have to wake up at 3am in the morning. Then we settle for a not so good room, and it was noisy, near construction side. Another event that happen is that the room was supposed to be cleaned when we lelt for lunch, but when we came back at 4,30pm, it was not cleaned at all. I was upset again. The room has alot of mosquitoes, I have so many mosquitoes bites. The breakfast was not great at all. For a Aud600/night this hotel is a rip off. Not worth at all and I would not recommend it. This the worst hotel that I ever stayed"
