"Property is very nice. The check-in and check-out process was a bit daffy, but instructions were easy enough to follow. Good communication, but very reliant on text messaging. Check-out felt awkward - put the bag with the keys on the kitchen counter, take a photo, text it to us then lock the door on your way out. Must make sure that you have -all- of your personal effects before closing the door! For the most part, I spent the vast majority of my time across the way at the hotel. Company...

"The property itself was nice. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions! The host company (WeHost) was terrible. I called with concerns and/or questions and was told each time that someone would get back with me with answers or solutions. But, I had to call or message them to find out anything. There were dried boogers on the sheets of one of the beds, chewing gum stuck to the floor in more than 1 place, the sofa bed was a cheaply made L-shaped sofa with a trundle...

"Our family loved this fully furnished and renovated apartment. The parking lot was easy however there is a clearance limit and our 15 passenger van did not fit. The location is on a city street and there were ambulance and firetrucks going throughout the night. Currently there is construction going on but they do respect the hours. They do not begin their jackhammer and drilling until after 8am."
